Plant Operator/Plant Mechanic - $27-31/hr DOE | Full-time, day shift | Denver, CO
Experienced with plant maintenance, equipment repair, and plant operation? If you've worked as a Plant Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Plant Operator, or Distillation Operator, this is your chance to join a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities
• Repair and maintain pumps, valves, motors, and other essential machinery
• Fabricate, install, dismantle, and reassemble plant equipment to keep operations running smoothly
• Operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, man lifts, and forklifts to support maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot pneumatic and mechanical systems to minimize downtime
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies
What We're Looking For
• Experience servicing pneumatic and mechanical systems
• 2+ years of experience in the oil/gas or industrial manufacturing industries preferred
• Fabrication skills, including welding, plasma cutting, and cutting torch operation, are a plus
• Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail
• Team player with a commitment to safety and reliability
